These Terms set forth the conditions for use of the "Reservation System" and "Matching System" (hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Service") provided by SBS Driving School Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Users (driving school students, job seekers, recruiting companies, and other registered users of the Service, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Users") shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
- These Terms shall apply to all relationships between Users and the Company regarding the use of the Service.
- In addition to these Terms, the Company may establish individual rules or guidelines. Such individual rules shall constitute a part of these Terms.
- In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual rules, the individual rules shall prevail.
- The original text of these Terms shall be in Japanese. In the event of any contradiction or discrepancy between the Japanese version and any translated version of these Terms, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Article 2 (Content of the Service)
The Service includes the following:
- Driving lesson and training camp reservation functions
- Use of accommodation facilities owned and operated by the Company (subject to these Terms and the attached "Accommodation Terms and Conditions")
- Job posting and matching between job seekers and recruiting companies (However, the services provided through the Service are limited to providing information and coordination regarding transactions between Users, and do not guarantee the conclusion of employment contracts or any other contracts.)
Article 3 (User Registration)
- To use the Service, Users must complete member registration through the method prescribed by the Company.
- The Company may refuse to approve registration if the applicant falls under any of the following:
- False information has been submitted
- There has been a previous violation of these Terms
- The Company otherwise determines that registration is inappropriate
- The contract for use of the Service shall be established upon completion of member registration.
Article 4 (Age Restriction)
Use of the Service is limited to persons aged 18 or older. Persons under 18 years of age may not use the Service.
Article 5 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:
- Activities that violate laws or public order and morals
- Activities related to criminal acts
- Activities that infringe on the intellectual property rights of the Service
- Activities that destroy or interfere with server or network functions
- Commercial use of information from the Service
- Interference with the operation of the Service
- Unauthorized access or collection/accumulation of others' information
- Activities that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other Users or third parties
- Impersonating other Users
- Advertising, promotion, or solicitation without the Company's permission
- Use for the purpose of meeting strangers of the opposite sex
- Activities that provide benefits to anti-social forces
- Other activities that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 6 (Suspension of the Service)
The Company may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Users or third parties due to such suspension or interruption.
- System maintenance or updates
- Force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages, or communication failures
- When the Company determines that provision is difficult
- Suspension due to computer or communication line accidents
Article 7 (Usage Restrictions and Account Deletion)
The Company may restrict use of the Service or delete User registration without notice in the following cases. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from such usage restrictions or account deletion.
- Violation of these Terms
- False information in registration details
- Non-payment of obligations arising from use of the Service
- No response to communications from the Company for a certain period
- No use of the Service for a certain period since the last use
- Discovery that the User is associated with anti-social forces
- Request for account deletion by the User
- Other cases where the Company determines it is inappropriate
Article 8 (Disclaimer)
- The Company does not guarantee that the Service is free from defects in safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, effectiveness, fitness for a particular purpose, security, or other aspects.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the Service, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
- The Company shall not be liable for any transactions or disputes between Users or with third parties.
Article 9 (Changes to Service Content)
- The Company may change or discontinue the content of the Service by posting advance notice on its website. The Company shall not be liable for any damages to Users resulting from such changes.
Article 10 (Handling of Personal Information)
Users' personal information shall be handled appropriately in accordance with the Company's "Privacy Policy".
Article 11 (Confidentiality)
Users shall not disclose, leak, or use confidential information of the Company or other Users obtained through use of the Service to third parties, both during and after the period of use of the Service.
Article 12 (Notices and Communications)
Communications between Users and the Company shall be made by email, telephone, or other methods specified by the Company, and shall be deemed complete upon reaching the registered contact information.
Article 13 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)
Users may not assign or provide as security any rights or obligations under these Terms to third parties without the written consent of the Company.
Article 14 (Accommodation and Training Camp Services)
Accommodation services provided by the Company shall be subject to the attached "Accommodation Terms and Conditions", and Users shall agree to these terms before use.
Article 15 (Amendment of Terms)
The Company may amend these Terms as necessary by posting on the Company's website. Continued use of the Service after amendments shall be deemed as consent to the amended Terms.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes.

Attachment: Accommodation Terms and Conditions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions set forth the conditions for use of accommodation facilities (hereinafter referred to as "the Facility") operated by SBS Driving School Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). Users of the Facility shall comply with these Terms and Conditions and the Terms of Use.
Article 2 (Eligibility)
Use of the Facility is limited to participants in the Company's driving lessons and training camp programs.
Article 3 (Reservations, Check-in, and Check-out)
- Accommodation reservations can be made through the Company's reservation system or by telephone, and will be confirmed by email or telephone notification from the Company.
- Check-in and check-out shall be conducted according to the local times specified by the Company.
- Driving lesson fees, including accommodation charges, shall be paid at the time of on-site check-in.
- Reservation changes and cancellations can be made through the reservation system or by telephone.
Article 4 (Prohibited Activities)
Users shall not engage in the following activities at the Facility:
- Causing disturbance or harm to other guests
- Activities that violate public order and morals
- Damage or soiling of equipment and furnishings
- Use for commercial purposes
- Other activities that the Company deems inappropriate
Article 5 (Compensation for Damages)
Users shall compensate for any damages caused to the Facility as a result of violating these Terms and Conditions.
Article 6 (Facility Management Authority)
- The Company may terminate the contract with Users and request their departure from the Facility if they cause disturbance or danger to other guests, violate public order and morals, or fail to follow the Company's instructions.
- If Users do not comply with the departure request under the preceding paragraph, the Company may take appropriate measures.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
The Company shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, power outages, water outages, force majeure, or other causes not attributable to the Company.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes arising from use of the Facility.
